General Tips
  • Turn on satellite view on Google maps to get your bearings
  • The ferry (from Santorini to Mykonos) is oftentimes late
  • Call to check restaurant closing times/dates if you travel to Santorini in the off- season. Some restaurants close by as mid-October and don’t reopen until spring.

  • Sim Card locations: Cosmote, Vodafone,
    and Wind (Bring your passport!)
  • Consider traveling during off-season to avoid crowds, but still have enjoyable weather (April-early June and September-October)

    is a car-free area.
  • Taxis are readily
    available in the main town
  • Mykonos International Airport is located
    4 km (2.5 miles) from Mykonos Town
