CapCut Templates, located in the CapCut app, are pre-designed video edits that you can utilize to customize your own video edits.
WHY USE CAPCUT TEMPLATES?
CapCut is arguably the best mobile video-editing app on the market. It makes creating high quality videos a seamless process, and allows you to quickly hop on trends! CapCut has so many effects, filters, animations, and professional-grade features to offer – which is great, but sometimes you just don’t have the time to figure it all out or put together the perfect curation of tools to create the best video edits possible.
This is the only app I use to edit my videos!
Templates are an easy way to put in your own clips and pictures to stitch together to make a perfectly curated edit without having to do any of the legwork. Even better, my templates allow for flexible clip #’s, as well as customizable text and filters – that way you can really make it your own!

- Locate “Template” in the bottom navigation bar
- Pick a template that fits your vibe
- Add your own clips + photos from your camera roll
- Let CapCut do the work, it will put everything together
- Export your video – you can post directly to TikTok, or use your video for other platforms such as Reels, Shorts, etc.
